2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

2.1 Return Window

  • Unopened, undamaged boxes/bundles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Due to federal regulations, partially smoked/opened cigars are non‑returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

2.2 How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@cubanoclub.com with your order # and reason.

  2. We’ll issue an RMA number plus a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  3. Pack items securely; include a copy of your invoice and the RMA on the outside.

2.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Shipping charges and Adult Signature fees are non‑refundable, except where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

2.4 Exchanges

Need a different vitola or blend? Request an exchange in your RMA email; we will invoice/credit any price difference.

2.5 Quality Guarantee

If you believe a cigar is defective (plugged, mold, etc.), photograph the issue within 48 hours and contact us. We will replace or credit at our discretion.
